Winning a tMS Career

If you're after a normal, run-o-the-mill job, then you’re probably in the wrong place.  If it's a life-changing experience you're after... a tangible opportunity and encouraging personal development you seek, then read on.  

tMS isn't particularly interested in your academic achievement, or the letters after your name or how flowery you can pen a story.  We're a little more interested in your hospitality experience, but mostly it's your passion for life and for tMS values that gets us excited.  If you truly connect with our values and objectives then we may well make a great partnership and you should get in touch!

Potential Franchisee

You can own your own business!  Enter into a training programme with tMS, prove your values and we will financially assist you in the development of your own tMS.  After a 12 month induction period of working at tMS (to assess your commitment to our values) you will have hopefully contributed to our development and should fully understand all aspects of the operations.  

Upon successful completion of this period and all tMS induction modules, you will have the option to enter into a franchise agreement which will see you locating an running your own tMS!  You will be assisted in establishing the next tMS in your preferred location (subject to viability) and will enter into a deferred share option agreement that is basically a loan-repayment scheme.  Your tMS would of course remain a franchise and be part of the wider network, promoting the objectives and values of tMS, but you would have the flexibility for personal expression and individuality at your own unique venue.

 

Ground Staff

All tMS staff will have the opportunity to progress through our system and develop business and personal skills.  All will partake in the interfacing of our guests and activities and can get involved at any time...  although we would really like all successful recruits to have had at least 3 volunteering nights as part of their initiation.  All we ask is that you care about our values and show a desire and passion to share in them.
